How to place an order:
Please follow the guidelines listed below to avoid processing delays -
- Minimum order value of $12.00 required (before tax/shipping)
- Shipping Address: include inmate's full name, CDCR number, & privilege group. Orders missing this information are subject to cancellation. Click here for an example.
- Orders may only include products permitted under the inmate's privilege group.
- Maximum allowable package weight is 30lbs ; maximum package dimensions 24x24x24". Your order will stay within package limits as long as it meets the product requirements for the inmate's privilege group.
